Can I use utensils on my board? It depends. I make it very clear as to what kind of board you are purchasing, which dictates whether you can use utensils on it or not. Charcuterie Boards - I do not recommend using utensils on the resin (hard plastic) portion of charcuteries boards. This is a safety issue as using a knife on the resin can chip it and you could ingest it, which is not good. It would also scratch the resin. If you have a board with wood and resin, feel free to use utensils on the wood portion. Serving Boards - You can use utensils on a Serving Board. However, pay attention to the included note for your board as I do not recommend cutting certain things (i.e. juicy foods) on certain species of wood, mainly pourous species like red oak. Cutting Boards - Yes. Please do. That is the point.

What can I put on my coasters?Really anything. Wood Coasters Moisture - The coasters are finished to withhold normal condensation. If you live in an area that causes extreme condensation, I would avoid prolonged exposure to pooled water on the coaster as this will wear the finish down fasters. Cold - No issue. Heat - No issue. Epoxy/Resin Coasters Moisture - Same as wood coasters. Cold - No issue. Heat - I would avoid extremely hot things on the coasters as it can break down or possibly warp the resin. I have tested a normal hot cup of coffee for a "standard" amount of time it takes to drink a cup of coffee and the coasters have held up just fine. Just know that they might break down faster with repeated heat applied to them.

How can I clean my product? All products (unless stated otherwise) have been finished with some sort of sealer. This means that you can get water on the product as long as it does not sit for long periods of time. I recommend cleaning all products with warm water and a soapy sponge. Wash briefly and dry immediately. Let air dry after hand drying to ensure no moisture gets stuck in the grain. Never put in the dishwasher or soak in water.

WalnutWalnut is known for being one the best "home/kitchen" use woods. It is extremely durable and beautiful. It is ranked high on the Jenka scale, meaning that it is resistant to hard use. Note that using a knife on walnut will still "score" the board. It's a cutting board after all.

Do you offer replacements or warranties? It depends. I am not a massive business that has a warranty program, but I do stand by my work. If you have an issue with your product or it simply is not what you were looking for, just let me know and I will do my best to either refund your money or replace the product. Keep in mind that some products will last possibly forever and some will not, depending on how their used.
